I’m always dehydrated so these are helpful especially in the dead of winter when I seem to drink less water. The flavors are subtle and not at all strong. Also helps my crampy legs. I think I enjoy these electrolytes more than any I’ve used in the past!

Occasionally, I received my 30 day supply of Hydrant, and perhaps one of the daily tubes would be as hard as a rock. I thought perhaps it was moisture, but recently I have received a package that had three or four hard tubes in it. They are very difficult to dissolve, not complaining, I like your product. Just questioning what is happening with moisture, perhaps in the individual packaging.
I ama 72-year-old female athlete, - I swim, weight train and perform in an orchestra. Hydration is key for me first thing in the morning- I hydrate with one packet and a wee bit more water than what is called for. I hydrate after workouts (yes, at the end of the pool lane is my bottle of hydrant) swimming dehydrates you...I hydrate before I go to bed, and as I am writing this feel a need to hydrate to help process my healthy meal. The product is balanced and safe. It doesn't use stevia which is not recommended for anyone...I would like to see hydrant come up with a formula that is completely unsweetened as I enjoy sour tastes. Perhaps something akin to lemon water flavor. But, don't fret... Hydrant has come up with a more comprehensive mag load for the evenings- a sleep formula...very good indeed.
